Louella Bauman

Louella Bauman DNP, FNP-BC, is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She was born and raised in Prescott, Arizona, and is a Prescott High School class of 2000 graduate. Louella worked at Yavapai Regional Medical Center for twelve years before continuing her schooling to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She graduated from the University of Arizona with her Master’s and Doctorate of Nursing with Sigma Theta Tau International Honors. Currently obtaining her Holistic Nurse Practitioners Degree from the University of Arizona, to go along with her Integrative Psychiatry Functional Medicine certificate. She has been practicing in an outpatient-based family practice since 2014. Louella specializes in acute and chronic disease management, while educating and guiding patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.

Louella Bauman is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who has returned to her roots in Prescott Valley to establish a medical clinic committed to providing personalized healthcare to the community she holds dear. After gaining valuable experience in various healthcare settings, Louella Bauman DNP, FNP-BC recognized the need for a personalized and patient-centered approach to healthcare in her hometown. Her dream is now a reality with the establishment of Yavapai Family Medical.
